Christmas Carol and Memorial Service

Service Tuesday 12th December, 6pm

• Leave a personal message on our Christmas tree using one of our tags
• Write a Christmas card for your loved one and post it in our memorial post-box
• The service will also include a photo slideshow and anyone who plans to attend can send a photo of their loved one to be included in it. 
• Choir
• Light refreshments will be provided
• Donations welcome for Dementia UK
